Unilag has resumed activities on campus, however lectures all through last week were not thorough only few departments commenced lectures. Come Oct 3, 2023, academic activities will commence in full force.
Screening exercise for newly admitted students commences August 14, some students have been screened and they do not know what next to do.
Students in this category are to pay their school fees, register their courses and generate matriculation number. While students yet to do their physical screening are to hasten up with the process so as not to miss out and delay things.
Aside all of these, students are to visit their faculty and department for further registration. Registration here is not free, every faculty and department has it own charge, hence students are adviced to hold enough money.

Candidates can register the courses on their portal so that they can generate their matriculation number. The courses can be edited anytime. In the course of faculty and department registration, courses for the first semester will be made known to all freshers.
Other registration you are to undergo include library registration, medical registration etc. Ensure you do the library registration to have full access to the library to lend books and read.
Also, toxicology test should not be joked with. Students should not miss their schedule when they get scheduled via email. Students should monitor their email closely. Without the toxicology students might get their admission terminated. Be wise.

Having gone through all of these processes or in the midst of this process, lectures will begin. Lecturers have began to schedule classes, time and venue for freshers. This should not be joked with. Stay glued to various WhatsApp group for update. Attendance is also key. Do not joke with it
Above all. Students should be security conscious, do not have transaction with unknown or untrusted persons. Any transaction done is at your risk. Scamming in unilag is the order of the day. Be wise.
Also, candidates should get ready for the balloting exercise which the DSA will disclose in due course.
