Jambs has announced and unveiled the latest updates about the processing of UTME results on Nigerian Television Authority (NTA in short form) on Tuesday, 7th May 2019.
We have screened 33 states remaining 3 states to go. We don’t want to release this utme results batch by batch , to avoid series of complain from our candidates this year. That is why we are delaying the results.
Day 1, Day2, Day3 , Day4 and Day5 jamb utme result batches are ready but we won’t release it until all the batches are ready.
The UTME results are fast approaching. In no distant time, we are going to release 2019 jamb results.
Meanwhile, we have cancelled 80 CBT center’s results because they were involved in malpractices. We will try to reschedule another examination for the victms especially the candidates that were not involved but was guilty because they took exam in the same center that were included in examination malpractice.
We warned candidates about bringing impersonating materials inside the examination hall. Many candidates were found with phones , wristwatches with calculator, scientific calculators and answer which was written on paper.
Candidates that were caught with phones said that they didn’t make use of it. They said that they were holding it for safety.
It was written boldly on the examination slip that such mentioned above are not allowed inside the examination. So no excuses they will give that will make us not to punish them.
Joint Admission and Matriculation Board ( JAMB) while addressing the Candidates through the NTA news station said that the rescheduling of Jamb utme examination is not for all candidates.
Benjamin , jamb spokesman announced that the registrar said that the 2019 Jamb UTME results will be out any moment from tomorrow 8th, May, 2019. He also said that if the center that you took exam was among the victims, you should start reading and preparing for another examination which is yet to be announced.
He also concluded by appreciating candidates for exercising patience and promise them , they won’t dissapoint them this week.
