Your name, date of birth, state of origin and others must correspond in all your documents. Any difference might cause a delay in your screening process and provision of affidavit might be rejected instantly.
After you have successfully been screened at the Venue, you will be given a clearance slip which you must photocopy alongside other documents. The next stage is toxicology test.

When you finally make it to the venue, you will be asked to provide your Urine for the test. A small plastic will be given to you and you will be directed to the toilet where you will be asked to urinate in the plastic. This process is usually monitored so that some students wont manipulate the process. Despite the strict scrutiny, some students still find their way around it.
You will then tender the Urine to the officer, your urine will undergo series of test, then result will be provided immediately. If Negative you can proceed with further registration.
